How We Work
Our web design process is a simple and effective way to ensure you are satisfied with your website in a short space of time!
- Initial Consultation
Establishing a positive working relationship between you, the potential client, and the web designer begins with the initial consultation. It is during this meeting that the web designer will be able to determine your needs for web design and gather background information about your project. Read more
- Project Pricing Estimate
Following the initial consultation, we will provide you with a quote for the scope of work and the projected completion time.
- Acceptance – 50% Deposit
We’ll require a 50% deposit on acceptance of the quote in order to book in your project. We work on a first come, first served basis in order to assist all our clients in a timely matter.
- Design Process
Once paid, we can start setting up your hosting and domain name (if applicable). The time it will take to design the website will depend on the amount of work we have at the time, the amount of content you would like to have on your website as well as the complexity of the design.
- Design Changes & Approval
After the design process, you will be able to view the live website. You can let us know if there are any content changes you would like to make.
- Search Engine Optimization
Once all the changes have been made, we’ll add the SEO markup and optimize the website for search engines. This includes optimising the page titles, descriptions, keyword tags, alt tags and submit your website to Google, Bing, etc.
- Your Website is Live
Your website can now be found on search engines and users are able to view your website from anywhere in the world.
- Final Payment
We require the balance to be paid within 7 days after we have completed your project.
- Support & Maintenance
Feel free to contact us if you require updates/content changes on your website. Content updates and maintenance are charged at an hourly or monthly rate.
